Dry skin brushing

C Section recovery is accelerated by dry skin brushing. Cesarean birth recovery is   surgery which cuts superficial nerves and disrupts the  lymphatic flow. The  lymph system helps to drain away waste and fluid in the body, so by skin  brushing you can reduce swelling, move out toxins, and help proprioception,  increasing your nerve sensation.

Ingrown hairs can also be an issue with the scar  line, and dry skin brushing is the answer to that problem!

Its easy and it feels great. Dry skin brush towards the pubic bone, up the leg or down from belly button.

Remember to follow our guide, and only skin brush on the incision line after the 2nd or 3rd month post surgery.
